Our Occupational Therapists will support you during your rehabilitation process, helping you to regain and improve skills for maximum independence.

Some individuals will need support in preparation for hospital discharge with facilitation of property adaptations or help to ensure their home has the appropriate equipment in place. Others will require support with activities of daily living such as washing and dressing, household tasks or continuing to enjoy hobbies.

Alongside functional support, our specialist team can help with cognitive rehabilitation including memory and planning. We will work alongside you with focus on your specific goals throughout treatment.
